What is Cardio Tennis?

Cardio Tennis Wollongong is Tennis Australia’s official tennis-based fitness program, delivered at the Wollongong Regional Tennis Centre by qualified coaches.

Cardio Tennis is a coach-led group session focused on movement, aerobic exercise, and fast-paced tennis drills. Sessions are set to upbeat music and use modified courts, balls, and activities to keep everyone active from start to finish.

You’ll improve:

Sessions are delivered by Tennis Australia qualified coaches and tailored to suit all fitness levels.

  • Equipment: All equipment provided (you’re welcome to bring your own racquet)

  • What to Bring: Water bottle, towel, comfortable sports clothing, and court shoes

  • Monday – 6:00pm to 7:00pm

  • Thursday – 6:00pm to 7:00pm
