Wollongong Coloured Ball Series

Complete Tennis along with several other Illawarra Clubs will be involved in the Wollongong Regional Coloured Ball Challenge, which will be played in mid September.

Leading up to the event we will be running an 8 week Coloured Ball Competition Series for Green, Orange and Red stage. The top players from each stage, will get to represent Complete Tennis at the Regional Challenge.

Monday Red Stage Competition

Monday Afternoon from 4.00pm to 5.00pm. Commencing in June. Beginner to intermediate standard players using the Red Ball on a modified Hot Shots court for easier rallying and player development. Players at this level can serve proficiently (under or overarm) and are rallying with some ball placement. They understand the rules and etiquette of the game.

Monday Orange Stage Competition

Monday Afternoon from 4.00pm to 5.00pm. Commencing in June. Beginner to intermediate standard players using the Orange Ball on a modified Hot Shots court for easier rallying and player development. Players at this level can serve proficiently and are rallying with some ball placement. They understand the rules and etiquette of the game.

Saturday Green Stage Competition

Saturday Mornings from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Commencing in June. Beginner to intermediate standard players using the Green Balls on a Full Court for easier rallying and player development. Players at this level can serve proficiently, rallying successfully and beginning to play tactically. They understand the rules and etiquette of the game.

Saturday Combined Associations Morning Competition

This comp is run in association with Tennis Wollongong. It is a pathway from the beginners comp on Friday afternoon, for intermediate and advanced juniors. The current competition format runs in Mixed, Boys and Girls Divisions. A minimum of 2 players is needed per team.
